Make room for more than managing pain

Chronic pain can change your routines, relationships, and sense of what is possible. It can also feel isolating when the people around you do not fully understand what you are carrying.

More Than Pain offers space to talk about those changes and begin reconnecting with the parts of life that matter most to you.
