What is group therapy?
Group therapy is a great way to heal and grow in the context of relationship.
In a group dynamic, you can gain the benefit of learning about yourself while engaging in relationships with the others in your group. Ideally, group therapy is a safe place to show up and engage in new ways. The therapist holds the safety of the group, while assisting each individual toward a specific goal.
What types of groups do you lead?
At Hale Counseling NW we have the capacity to lead a variety of groups:
- Women’s / men’s process groups
- Couples groups
- Groups focused on special interests, such as trauma recovery or parenting
- Supervision/consultation groups for therapists interested in self-of-the-therapist work
Interested?
Many groups are closed and time-limited, meaning that once the enrollment period has ended for a specific group, no one will be able to join. If you are interested in a specific topic or would like to know when we open enrollment for a new group, please leave us your contact information so we can reach out.
