Explore Loving & Being Loved Through Creative Expression
Love is both an art and a journey… It’s a path to deeper self-awareness, connection, and healing. The Art of Love is a supportive therapy group designed for women who want to explore what it means to heal from trauma through the power of art and creativity.
In this nurturing space, we will use artistic expression to:
🎨 Deepen self-awareness – Uncover your unique patterns in love and relationships.
🖌️ Explore emotions and experiences – When words fail, art can help be the bridge between your inner word and the external
🧡 Connect with others – Share, witness, and support one another in a safe, non-judgmental community.
🌱 Cultivate self-compassion – Embrace yourself with kindness and care.
No art expertise is needed! Don’t hold back if you feel you aren’t “good” at art. The focus isn’t on the quality of art, but on you expressing yourself in a meaningful way. Whether that’s one drop of color on a page, or a rich canvas of color
