We all have a story to tell – and every story deserves to be heard with care, curiosity, and compassion. As a therapist, it’s my privilege to hold space for your story and walk alongside you as you make sense of where you’ve been and where you want to go.

In my work, I aim to create a space that feels calm, safe, and genuinely accepting. A place where you can exhale, slow down, and share at your own pace. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come in. My role is to listen deeply, help you connect the puzzle pieces, and offer a new lens that can shift how you see yourself and your relationships.

As a student intern, I’m constantly learning! Not just from books and mentors, but from the people I meet every day. Staying curious and humble is one of my biggest goals. I believe therapy is most powerful when we approach it as fellow humans learning together, not as an expert “fixing” a problem.

You’ll likely experience moments of laughter, reflection, and relief in our sessions. Because healing isn’t only about processing pain, it’s also about rediscovering joy, humor, and hope.

My Approach

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating:

  • Relationship challenges

  • Trauma and loss

  • Parenting struggles

  • Spiritual questions

  • Major life transitions

My work is grounded in attachment and systems theories, and I love weaving in other approaches that fit your unique needs and goals. Therapy with me might involve exploring your past and patterns, learning new tools for communication, or simply slowing down enough to notice what your body and emotions are trying to tell you.

For Parents

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working with children and families. I helped parents nurture healthy development in their children and feel more confident and connected with them. As a Certified Parent Coach, I’m especially passionate about helping parents break intergenerational cycles, understand their child’s behavior with more compassion, and build relationships that feel safe and close.

Outside the Therapy Room

When I’m not meeting with clients, you’ll probably find me:

  • Singing Disney songs with my son

  • Playing volleyball with friends

  • Sipping coffee outside with a good book

  • Or escaping to the ocean whenever possible

Nature, music, and laughter keep me grounded, the same way I hope therapy can help you feel more grounded in your own life.

My specialties: Adults, Families, Couples
Credentials: Graduate Student Intern from George Fox University
