Rachel Headshot

Hi, I’m Rachel!

In our therapeutic relationship, I would love to be an open and safe place for you to process your feelings and experiences so that you can better understand yourself. I desire to help you see yourself more fully, including the parts you may not know are in you, the parts that may have yet to feel free to be explored and celebrated, and the parts that may need healing to live the life that brings so much love, joy, and peace to yourself and those around you.

I am passionate about collaborating with the person or people in front of me. I want people to discover confidence in themselves—confidence to make decisions for themselves, chase after their dreams, and become the people they want to be. As we go along on that journey, my hope is that my clients will discover true peace and fulfillment in their lives.

At the core, I aim to help people increase their well-being as they are bettering their relationships with others. Before pursuing becoming a therapist, I have worked in several settings with students and their families. I love coming alongside kids and their families to help support improving relationships. Families can be the people who bring out the best and worst versions of ourselves, and I want to help people foster healthy dynamics with one another.

I am excited about the possibility of working with you, you and your spouse, or your family. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. I would love to help answer them!
