Hi, I’m Alex!

Headshot

I believe one of the bravest things you can do is ask for help. I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges, big or small, and helping them build deeper connections with themselves and others.

In my work, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as my primary approach, along with other therapeutic tools. These tools help us to explore your emotions, understand your personal story, and focus on what truly matters to you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow in ways that feel authentic to you.

Before pursuing counseling, I worked in recruiting and consulting, supporting individuals through career transitions and personal development. This experience amplified my passion for connecting with people on an emotional level, and I now bring that experience into my therapy work. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, dealing with stress, going through a life or career transition, or healing from past relational wounds, I’m here to listen and walk alongside you on your healing journey.

I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling at George Fox University, and I’m committed to expanding my ability to support individuals, couples, and families. I approach each session with curiosity, understanding that you are the expert of your own experiences.

My specialties: Teens, Adults, Families, Couples, and all genders
Credentials: Graduate Student Intern from George Fox University
